Community Supported Living

Community Supported Living

Our staff provides the level of support needed for a person to live as independently as possible in the community.   Each person participates in a planning process with the support of our staff and a “team” that may include friends, family and other professionals, to develop an Individual Service Plan (ISP).  This plan addresses their on-going need for support and ensures their health and safety while living in the community. Services can range from a few hours each week to 24 hours a day.

Timberlane LLC is a unique living arrangement in a residential setting where LADD provides program supervision and management of the home, as well as, all direct services and supports.  Four women live together in a family atmosphere while learning independent living skills as developed in each of their ISP’s.

Service funding options include:  Medicaid – HCBS – Level I and Individual Options Waivers, Supported Living Services through Hamilton County DD Services, or private pay.
