LADD Mission Statement

To support adults with developmental disabilities to lead a full life by providing community based services, person by person, that will maximize individual development, community inclusion, independence, and their contribution to the society in which they live.

LADD Supports

• People with a developmental disability
• People over the age of 18 and who are eligible for services provided by the Hamilton County Board of Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities
• People who express a strong desire to increase their independence and live in the community

In May 2005, LADD received a Three-Year CARF Accreditation for all of its programs. An organization receiving a Three-Year Accreditation has demonstrated, through a rigorous peer review process, that its services are measurable and of the highest quality.
