LADD Mission Statement

To support adults with developmental disabilities to lead a full life by providing community based services, person by person, that will maximize individual development, community inclusion, independence, and their contribution to the society in which they live.

LADD Supports

• People with a developmental disability
• People over the age of 18 and who are eligible for services provided by the Hamilton County Developmental Disabilities Services
• People who express a strong desire to increase their independence and live in the community

A Three Year CARF (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities) Accreditation has been awarded to LADD, Inc. for the following: Community Services, Community Housing, Community Integration, Community Services Coordination, Supported Living and Employment Services, Community Employment Services, Job Development, Job Supports, Job Site Training.

As a result of a rigorous on-site peer review process, LADD has demonstrated to a team of highly qualified surveyors that the programs and services provided are measurable, of the highest quality, and that the agency is accountable to those receiving services. This recent accreditation is the 2nd consecutive Three-Year Accreditation that the international accrediting body of CARF has awarded to LADD and represents the highest level of accreditation available.
